The successful Graduate Inclusion Support Assistant will join a collaborative team committed to removing barriers to learning and ensuring that all students receive the support they need to succeed.
The Role:
- Providing one-to-one and small-group support to students with social, emotional and behavioural needs.
- Supporting students to access learning and participate positively in school life.
- Helping students develop emotional literacy, resilience, confidence and social skills.
- Implementing behaviour and inclusion strategies under the guidance of the SENCO and pastoral team.
- Building positive, trusting relationships with students and acting as a consistent and supportive adult.
- Supporting students who may experience barriers to learning, attendance, engagement or behaviour.
- Working collaboratively with teachers, pastoral staff, parents/carers and external professionals.
- Helping create a positive, inclusive and safe learning environment.
- Maintaining high standards of safeguarding and confidentiality.
What We Are Looking For:
