Responsibilities include:
- Create an engaging learning environment and enable all children to achieve the best outcomes possible.
- Deliver high-quality education in line with the KS2 National Curriculum.
- Careful monitoring of pupil progress, with timely intervention to ensure excellent learning outcomes and positive behaviour.
- Provide pastoral support, fostering a nurturing environment that promotes the personal, social, and emotional development of all pupils.

Qualifications, experience, and skills required include:

- Proven track record as an excellent classroom practitioner with evidence of sustained good pupil progress
- Proven experience of inclusion and ability to engage all learners
