Role Overview: We are seeking dedicated individuals to work as Teaching Assistants/Learning Support Assistants within challenging primary schools in the Croydon area. This is a full-time position, starting as soon as possible. The role involves providing essential support to both teachers and students, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
