Your Role:
- Plan and deliver engaging, primary-level lessons to small groups or on a 1:1 basis, focusing on core subjects and holistic development.
- Build secure, trusting relationships with pupils who may have experienced significant trauma or adversity.
- Champion each child's progress, celebrating small steps as major victories.
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team, including therapists and support staff.
Weβre Looking For:
- A qualified teacher (QTS) with experience in primary education.
- A genuine passion for, and understanding of, SEN/SEMH and trauma-informed practice.
- Boundless patience, empathy, and emotional resilience.
