Key Responsibilities:
As a Year 5 SEN Teaching Assistant with Academics, you will play a vital role in helping a child with Autism by:
Providing one-on-one support to the student, tailored to their specific needs.
Collaborating with the class teacher and SENCO to create and implement individualized learning plans.
Creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that fosters the child\’s academic and personal development.
Assisting the child with Autism in accessing the curriculum and participating in classroom activities.
