Year 4 Teacher

Academics are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Year 4 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Faversham. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys lower KS2 and supporting pupils as they build confidence as independent learners.

What you'll do as a Year 4 Teacher:

• Deliver engaging and well-paced lessons across the KS2 curriculum

• Support pupils with developing strong reading, writing, and maths skills

• Create a motivating, inclusive, and well-managed classroom

• Track pupil progress and provide constructive feedback

• Work closely with support staff and fellow teachers

• Build positive relationships with parents and carers

What we're looking for in a Year 4 Teacher:

• QTS / ECTs welcome

• Confident KS2 curriculum knowledge

• Strong behaviour management

• Energetic, caring, and proactive approach

• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
