They are seeking an inspirational and dynamic Year 4 Teacher to join them from January 2025. This will be a long-term, full-time role teaching a wonderful Year 4 class. At this Basildon primary school, they strive to deliver a curriculum which responds to our modern, ever-changing world, through the use of resources that allow children to explore exciting and well-planned lessons. As part of their curriculum, they provide a wide variety of musical, sporting and community based activities, whilst allowing children to explore creatively. Staff are friendly and supportive, and the children are a delight with very good behaviour and a curiosity to learn more. There is the option for the suitable candidate to take on a TLR, if they would like to gain more responsibility and experience to progress their career. The suitable candidate can discuss their strengths with the Head teacher and a decision on what TLR you take will be made based off your experience and aspirations. You must be a passionate and creative Year 4 teacher who is not afraid to share ideas and work together with the staffing team to make the curriculum exciting and enjoyable. Together, with the senior leadership team and staff, this Head Teacher has high expectations of teaching and learning and endeavours to make the curriculum fun and creative. As the Year 4 Teacher, you will be required to work alongside your partner teachers to plan, prepare and deliver lessons to all abilities.
