Academics Doncaster branch are seeking a Year 3 Primary Teacher Doncaster based or able to easily travel to Doncaster for a potential long term role. This role is Part time starting ideally for the perfect candidate in September 2024. Ongoing likely for a term.
Academics LTD a Doncaster based Teaching agency are actively supporting a local Primary school with a temporary fixed role for a Year 3 full time half a term temporary fixed term role.
The role is to commence in September and for the right person is to run for at least half a term potentially a full term. The school are passionate about securing a warm, caring, nurturing and sensitive individual with a desire to ensure all children progress and reach their full potential. Trials and interviews being arranged. The role is to work colaboratively with the other class teacher and work on a regular 2 days a week likely a Monday and Tuesday.
The role will require the successful candidate to plan, mark, assess, attend meetings and to get involved in the wider community within school life. Up to date knoweldge of the KS2 curriculum is essential and recent experience in of working in Y3 class is desirable and would be advantageous.
This schools is fairly centrally based in Doncaster with good motorway and public transport links.
Within this role there will be a large focus on English, Maths and Science, SPAG, Phonics, Maths and a focus on promoting and encouraging more independance of learning for pupils. This is a really exciting year group and key stage to work within as you get to help pupils grow in a variety of core area including coordination of laguage and speech and writing.
Ideal candidates need to hold a enhanced valid DBS or enhanced DBS on the update service. Or be willing to process a new one via Academics.
