Are you an experienced KS1 Teacher who is looking for a fantastic opportunity to join a new classroom in Banbury?

An ‘Outstanding’ mainstream primary school in Banbury are seeking a new Year 1 Class Teacher to join their team from January 2026. The role is open to teachers who can demonstrate previous experience within a KS1 Classroom and Holds UK QTS. The school is two-form entry so comes with the opportunity for shared responsibilities between other Year 1 classrooms.

The school requires that you:

* Encourage a love for learning within the classroom
* Monitor progress and set targets in accordance to individual pupil’s abilities
