About the Role
We are currently recruiting enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistants and Aspiring Teaching Assistants with previous experience in UK schools to support mainstream primary schools across Birmingham and the surrounding areas. This role is ideal for graduates in Psychology, Education, Speech & Language Therapy, or related subjects, as well as individuals looking to build a long-term career as a Teaching Assistant. If you are planning to complete teacher training or a PGCE with QTS in the future, this opportunity provides valuable hands-on classroom experience and a strong foundation for your next steps.

Job Requirements
- A UK degree in a relevant or transferable subject (preferred)
- Previous experience working in a UK primary or secondary school (essential)
- Level 2 English (spoken and written)
- Fluent English is essential
- Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
- Must have, or be willing to apply for, an Enhanced DBS and/or overseas police check
