Location: Ellesmere Port & Surrounding Areas

Start Date: Immediate / Upcoming Term

Salary: £130 - £160 per day (progressing to MPS dependent on role/contract)

Academics is working in partnership with welcoming Ellesmere Port primary schools seeking a passionate EYFS Teacher who truly understands the importance of early childhood education. This role is ideal for a creative, nurturing practitioner who enjoys helping young children take their first steps in learning and school life.

About the Role:

  • Create a warm, engaging classroom where children feel safe, valued, and excited to learn
  • Plan and deliver play-based, child-led learning in line with the EYFS framework
  • Support children's social, emotional, and early academic development
  • Observe, assess, and track progress to inform next steps
  • Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues
  • Work closely with support staff to meet the needs of all learners

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

  • Holds QTS (Early Years or Primary)
  • Has experience as an EYFS Teacher (Nursery or Reception)
  • Is caring, enthusiastic, and patient
  • Understands the EYFS curriculum and early development milestones

  • Is committed to safeguarding and inclusive practice
