We are working with a great specialist school dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for students who struggle with severe mental health needs and co-existing learning difficulties. As a therapeutic support assistant, you will focus on empowering students to achieve their full potential through tailored educational experiences and emotional support.
About the role
You will provide specialised and tailored support to students with significant learning needs and other co-existing needs such as mental health, and social and emotional needs. You will support students in a way that aligns with their educational health care plans and intervention plans, ensuring that all students can access their education similarly to mainstream peers. This role requires a positive attitude and a passion for making a difference.
