As a therapeutic support assistant, you will focus on empowering students to achieve their full potential through tailored educational experiences and emotional support. About the role: In this role, you will provide specialised and tailored support to students who struggle with significant learning needs and other co-existing needs such as mental health and social and emotional needs. You will provide support to students that aligns with their educational health care plans and intervention plans. The aim is to ensure that all students are able to access their education in the same way as their mainstream peers. These students require someone who has a positive attitude, and someone who is passionate about making a difference.
