Job Title: Temporary School Receptionist Location: BS14 Area, Bristol Start Date: ASAP Contract Type: Temporary, Full-Time (Term-Time Only) A welcoming and well-organised school in the BS14 area of Bristol is looking for a Temporary Receptionist to join their front office team for Term 6. This role is ideal for someone with previous admin or reception experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-facing environment. Key Responsibilities: Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, staff, and students Answering incoming phone calls and handling enquiries Managing the school\’s inbox and responding to emails Carrying out general admin tasks including filing, photocopying, and data entry Supporting the wider admin team with day-to-day operationsRequirements: Previous experience in a receptionist or admin role Confident using phones, email, and Microsoft Office applications Professional, approachable, and well-organised Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure Must have or be willing to obtain an enhanced DBS checkThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive school environment on a short-term basis.
