The school are looking for Teaching Support staff committed to nurturing the unique talents and interests of each child. This role is overseen by a Team Leader who overlooks the team. Each member of staff in the team will lead on some specific areas of strength in the curriculum and support in other lessons and snack and play duties. The successful candidate will be a team player and confident in themselves. Role Responsibilities of a Teaching Support: Plan and implement engaging activities that promote physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive learning community. Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years. Undertaking classroom preparation and organisation. Maintain a safe and stimulating environment that adheres to regulatory standards. To take responsibility for planning activities and the assessment of children, to aid with the overall development of the pupils. Requirements of a Teaching Support: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently. Dedication to upholding the highest standards of care and professionalism. Ability to establish and develop positive relationships with the whole school community.
