This school provides tailored education for children and young people aged 7-18 who have a range of severe or complex needs, including Autistic Spectrum Conditions (ASC), attachment disorders and/or trauma-related difficulties.. This school work closely with professionals to create a safe, nurturing, and structured environment that supports both academic learning and emotional development. We are looking for individuals with a calm, empathetic, and resilient approach. While experience working with children or young people with additional needs is beneficial, it is not essential. What matters most is a genuine passion for supporting young people to achieve their full potential, along with a willingness to undertake ongoing training, particularly in safeguarding and specialist support strategies.
