One of the top primary schools in Theale are searching for a graduate teaching assistant to join them ASAP. This is a wonderful opportunity to work in an inclusive and high performing primary school to develop your classroom experience before completing your teacher training.
This is a 1 year contract working on a full-time basis. The Head Teacher is looking for a pro‑active and personable graduate teaching assistant with an excellent academic background. The teaching assistant will be supporting a Year 1 class.
- Experience with SEN children is desirable but not essential.
- Graduate Teaching Assistant experience working with children required.
- Commitment for full academic year.
- Opportunity for teacher training in September 2026.
- Education to a degree level is required for this position.
- Ideally, the school are looking for someone with a strong academic background and a 2:1 or above.
