We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Hammersmith and Fulham from April.

In this role, you will work closely with class teachers, the SENCO, and wider support staff to provide high-quality, tailored support to pupils with a range of special educational needs. Your support will help pupils access the curriculum, build confidence, and develop both academically and socially.

Role details:

Full-time position, term-time only

Pay rate: £90-£95 per day, depending on experience

Structured yet friendly working hours

Supportive and collaborative staff environment

Key responsibilities:

Deliver 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and Speech & Language needs

Assist in adapting lesson materials to meet individual learning needs

Encourage positive behaviour, independence, and emotional regulation

Support pupils\’ social development and classroom engagement

Work in partnership with teachers, SENCO, and external professionals

Ideal candidate:

Previous xiskglj experience supporting children with SEN in a school or similar setting

A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A genuine passion for inclusive education and making a difference
