Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 support for pupils with additional learning needs (ALN)
Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities
Support small groups of pupils to reinforce learning
Help create a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment
Assist with classroom management and behaviour support
Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and other staff
Minimum Requirements:
Previous experience working with children (school or childcare setting desirable)
Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
A caring, patient, and adaptable approach
Enhanced DBS (on the Update Service or willing to apply)
