About the Position

Training & Development
You will train at two partner schools, gaining experience across a range of age groups to ensure a rich and diverse pathway into teaching. The programme timetable ensures that academic studies take place in short block periods, allowing you to focus on classroom practice and developing your teaching skills. Trainees receive intensive career support from experienced teachers and mentors. The academic expectations on School Direct programmes mirror those of university-led routes. Trainees remain eligible for training bursaries or scholarships, as well as student loans and other financial support.
