We are a specialist SEMH school in Dunstable looking for a dedicated Student Support Worker to join our team. In this Dunstable position, you will play a key role in helping students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs build resilience, regulate emotions, and re‑engage with learning in a supportive and structured environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEMH needs
- Build positive, trusting relationships to promote emotional wellbeing
- Support behaviour management, communication, and social development
