We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Student Support Assistant to assist in creating a dynamic and inclusive learning environment for students across Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2. Whether you\’re an aspiring teacher or have experience in mentoring, tutoring, or childcare, this role provides invaluable experience in education.

* Full-time (8:30am – 3:30pm)

Key responsibilities as a Student Support Assistant:

* Offer tailored support to students at different ability levels.
* Provide 1:1 or small group support to aid student progress.
* Help manage classroom dynamics and support behaviour management.
* Engage with students during activities and assist in lesson delivery.
