Location: Doncaster

Contract: School-term schedule, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 3:30 pm (following school calendar)

Pay Range: £88.94 – £110 per day (holiday pay included, reflecting specialist skills)

We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in care, education, or support roles, ideally involving PMLD, complex physical needs, or severe learning difficulties.
  • Familiarity with personalised communication methods (e.g., AAC, Makaton, PECS), sensory integration, and positive behaviour support.
  • A calm, patient, and proactive approach, focused on promoting dignity, engagement, and wellbeing for every learner.
  • A strong commitment to safeguarding, welfare, and inclusive practices.
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or readiness to apply for a new one promptly.
  • The ability to provide two professional references relevant to supporting individuals with complex needs.
