We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in SEN, education, or support roles, ideally involving SEMH, ASD, or severe learning difficulties.
- Familiarity with personalised communication methods (e.g., AAC, Makaton, PECS), sensory integration, and positive behaviour support.
- A calm, patient, and proactive approach, focused on promoting dignity, engagement, and wellbeing for every learner.
- A strong commitment to safeguarding, welfare, and inclusive practices.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or readiness to apply for a new one promptly.
- The ability to provide two professional references relevant to supporting individuals with complex needs.
