Are you a qualified, local teacher seeking regular supply work across Southampton & Hampshire? Academics are recruiting strong, confident secondary teachers for daily cover. We are seeking secondary teachers, with any subject specialism, to work with our network of local schools all across Southampton - regular local short term work and long term opportunities available. You may be an ECT looking to gain more experience before settling into a permanent role, or perhaps you're an established teacher looking for some flexibility in your work. We can offer a good amount of supply work in varied schools in the area and even help find long term or permanent contracts during your time with us.
Responsibilities
- As a supply teacher, you will contribute to delivering strong teaching experiences across diverse school settings and maintain a positive classroom environment to support pupil learning.
Qualifications
- Experience of working in UK schools across KS3 - KS4
- Excellent knowledge of the UK National Curriculum
- Flexible, adaptable and reliable attitude
- Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to inspire pupils
- Right to work in the UK
- UK QTS/QTLS status
- An enhanced DBS certificate registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for a new one - we can help with this process)
