Academics is working closely with a welcoming mainstream primary school in Slough to offer an exciting opportunity for graduates to join as a Behaviour Intervention Teaching Assistant. This role provides hands-on experience supporting pupils with behavioural challenges, helping them thrive academically and socially.
As a Graduate Behaviour Intervention TA, you will work 1:1 or with small groups of pupils, providing tailored support to improve behaviour and engagement. You’ll collaborate closely with class teachers and the SEN team to create a positive and inclusive learning environment across the primary curriculum.
