We are looking for someone who:
- Is driven, passionate, and committed to supporting SEN learners with various special educational needs and has high expectations to ensure all pupils make good progress.
- Has previous experience in a similar role in either a mainstream or specialist setting (preferred but not mandatory).
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Experience working with children with SEND, either on a 1:1 basis or in a classroom setting.
- Enthusiasm for working with SEND children.
- Flexibility, proactivity, and patience.
- Comfort with personal care.
- Effective communication skills within a team.
