Although experience working with a variety of needs is preferred, what’s essential is that you have a passion and enthusiasm for going above and beyond for children of all needs. There are part-time, full-time, and long-term roles with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. Successful candidates will earn a minimum of Β£90 a day. A Team Teach qualification is desired but not essential.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is driven, passionate, and committed to supporting SEN learners with various special educational needs and has high expectations to ensure all pupils make good progress.
  • Has previous experience in a similar role in either a mainstream or specialist setting (preferred but not mandatory).

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Experience working with children with SEND, either on a 1:1 basis or in a classroom setting.
  • Enthusiasm for working with SEND children.
  • Flexibility, proactivity, and patience.
  • Comfort with personal care.
