SEND Teaching Assistant

• Supporting students with SEND on a 1:1 basis or in small groups

• Assisting with the delivery of personalised learning plans

• Working closely with class teachers and the SENCo to meet individual needs

• Promoting positive behaviour and fostering emotional well-being

• Encouraging independence and social interaction among students

• Experience working with children with SEND is essential

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Patient, empathetic, and adaptable

• Passionate about inclusive education and supporting student progress

• Available for full-time work on a temp to perm basis
