- Sensory impairments (visual and hearing)
- Non-verbal communication, including PECS, Makaton, AAC, and sensory cues
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers, therapists, and care staff to help pupils engage with learning through sensory exploration, routine, and personalised support, ensuring each child feels safe, valued, and understood.
