Sen Teaching Assistant

A specialist school in Worthing is looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support children with a range of needs including ADHD, Autism, Speech and Language Therapy, Social, Emotional and Mental Health, and general Special Educational Needs. If you’re passionate about working with children and making a real difference in their lives, this role could be perfect for you!, * Provide support to children with a variety of special educational needs, including ADHD, ASD, SEMH, and SLT.

• Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning plans that meet individual student needs.

• Help create a positive and supportive environment that encourages social, emotional, and academic development.

• Work one-on-one with children who need additional support, as well as in small group settings.

• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for the students.
