Academics are recruiting on behalf of an amazing co-educational all through special school located in Basingstoke. The SEN school provides education and care for 128 young people between the ages of 5 to 16, with a primary diagnosis of Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC). They have an exciting opportunity for a warm, nurturing and passionate SEN Teacher to join their team in September. This is a full-time, permanent position.

The suitable SEN Teacher will have recent experience of teaching children with special educational needs, specifically with Autism or Aspergers Syndrome, ideally within an SEN setting. You will be required to plan and prepare fun and engaging lessons to small groups of children which are tailored to meet their individual learning levels.

They are a purpose built school in Basingstoke with specialist classrooms and extensive external grounds.
