We are currently recruiting SEN Support Staff to join a friendly and supportive specialist SEN school in Walmer, catering for pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) and Profound & Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD). This is a highly rewarding role for individuals who are passionate about supporting children with complex and additional needs in a structured, nurturing environment.

The Role

  • Support pupils with ASC, MLD and PMLD, both 1:1 and in small groups
  • Assist with personalised learning activities and sensory-based interventions
  • Support pupils with communication, emotional regulation and independence
  • Help maintain a safe, calm and inclusive learning environment
  • Work closely with teachers, therapists and support staff
  • Support pupils with daily routines and personal care where required (training provided)

Excellent on-site training, support and CPD is provided to ensure safeguarding of all students. 90 - 100 per day, Mon-Fri, 08:30 to 15:30, PAYE, Term time only. You MUST have right to work in the UK in order to apply - no Visa sponsorship. On site parking included.

Candidates registering with Academics Ltd will have to apply for an Enhanced DBS and/or overseas police check where appropriate.
