Responsibilities as a SEN Teaching Assistant:
* Supporting SEN children with their development, following their Individual Education Plans (IEP\’s).
* Working alongside the teacher to help with planning and creating engaging activities to adhere to the different learning styles.
* Works well under pressure and can work well with an enthusiastic team.
* Adhere to the school behaviour strategies to create a safe environment.
* Moving and handling specific children as they are unable to do so themselves with care.
* Creating a comfortable, inclusive environment so that the SEN students feel valued, supported and have love for learning.
