Academics are working alongside a great SEN School looking for a SEN Maths Teacher to join their team near Ramsgate! You are experienced as a SEN Maths Teacher and looking to progress with the role in your Education and Training Career. The school is seeking an individual who can cope well under pressure and support SEN pupils with significant needs.
You are:
- Knowledgeable on multiple SEN Specialisms
- Enthusiastic and enjoy working with/supporting the children
- Caring, empathetic and approachable
- Compassionate and sensitive

- Experienced working with SEN/SEND children

- Able to manage behaviour and use techniques tailored to each student
Responsibilities:
- Planning and delivering the highest quality of lessons accommodating for the varying needs and abilities of the pupils
- Behaviour management
- Supporting students to excel and reach their full potential
- Classroom management
- Support for students both verbal and non-verbal – using PECS is hugely desirable
