We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN LSA to join a wonderful school in Redbridge, London. In this role, you will be working closely with students with SEN, providing the individual support they need to thrive both academically and personally.

Position: SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
Location: Redbridge, London
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Full-Time, Long-Term
Salary: £83.33 – £110 per day (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide one-to-one and group support to students with SEN

4. Help students develop essential life skills alongside academic progress
5. Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment
