Your Profile:
- Proven background in an educational, youth support, or mentoring capacity, preferably within SEMH, Special Educational Needs (SEN), or a similar pastoral setting.
- Valid, practical experience applying Team Teach strategies to promote safe, supportive, and positive interventions.
- An unwavering commitment to safeguarding and child welfare, underpinned by a robust understanding of pastoral care duties.
- An Enhanced DBS certificate registered with the Update Service, or the willingness to process a new application immediately.
- The capability to supply two professional references that validate your aptitude for working with vulnerable children and young adults.
