Job Description
You will be expected to plan, teach and assess, while building strong, consistent relationships that support positive behaviour and learning outcomes. The school is looking for a key stage 2 teacher who understands the importance of structure, routine and flexibility, and who can remain calm, patient and proactive in challenging situations.\\n\\nThe school, based in Portsmouth, has a strong focus on inclusion, wellbeing and long-term pupil development. Staff work closely together to ensure every SEMH Teacher feels supported, valued and able to do their best work.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced SEMH Teacher who is looking to make a meaningful difference in Portsmouth, within a setting that truly understands SEMH and alternative provision education.\\n\\nTo be successful in this SEMH Teacher position, you should ideally hold QTS and have a good level of experience working as a key stage 2 teacher, particularly with children who have SEMH or additional needs.
