We are seeking a caring, motivated, and enthusiastic Secondary SEN Learning Support Assistant to join our supportive team at a successful secondary school in the Hemel Hempstead area. The school supports students with autism spectrum disorder and speech, language, and communication needs. Staff work collaboratively to create a nurturing and inclusive environment where every student can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
The Role
- Provide targeted support to students with ASD and speech and language difficulties in both mainstream classes and small-group settings.
- Assist the class teacher in implementing personalised learning plans and differentiation strategies.
