We are one of the preferred suppliers in the area, so we are inundated with vacancy requests for a September 2025 start. At Academics (agency) we understand the struggle finding and interviewing for permanent roles. Therefore, we specialise in providing long-term roles to Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs), and supporting NQTs through the induction process. For example, we will allocate a dedicated NQT mentor that will be on hand throughout the academic year, and we will help log/track your sessions. In summary, as an NQT you can benefit from our bespoke NQT support programme. We can also provide short-term supply if you’re looking for flexibility after a stressful year on the PGCE. If this option resonates with you, then we have a Guaranteed Work Scheme that ensures you get income every day. Short-term supply is a great opportunity to experience a wide range of schools to see which school has the right ethos, and is appropriate to your liking. In turn, it gives you a better understanding on which permanent roles to apply for (or not!) in the future.
