The school is keen to welcome graduates in Psychology, Criminology, or related fields, particularly those with aspirations toward Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Occupational Therapy, or wider mental health roles.\\n\\nIf you are enthusiastic, resilient, and motivated to make a positive difference, this could be the ideal opportunity for you. Previous experience working with children in any setting is beneficial, but the school places equal value on your passion, attitude, and commitment to supporting vulnerable learners.\\n\\nPupils present with a range of needs, including SEMH, autism, and behavioural difficulties.
