We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Education team in Leeds. You will be working within the Education team taking on our SEND desk where there is huge scope for growth and progression within the sector, for the right candidate.
The Role:
- Working with SEND schools across Leeds and Wakefield areas
- Meeting schools, advertising positions, interviewing candidates, placing candidates into roles & arranging interviews
- Excellent career progression opportunities, often within the first 12 months
- Financial incentives including uncapped, competitive commission scheme
- Based in friendly office in Leeds city centre
As a Recruitment Consultant your role will require a mixture of meeting schools, advertising positions, interviewing candidates, placing candidates against opportunities, arranging interviews, contract negotiation and ongoing customer service with both the school and the teacher / teaching assistant - basically everything that you would expect of a Recruitment Consultant. All candidates and schools are met face to face, our safeguarding compliance record is outstanding and our approach is based on honesty and quality.
