Key Responsibilities as a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant:
- Support children with a variety of special educational needs in both 1:1 and group settings
- Help implement personalised learning plans designed by the class teacher and SENCo
- Encourage and promote inclusion and independence among pupils
- Adapt learning materials and activities to meet each student's individual needs
- Work closely with teaching staff, therapists, and families to support student progress
