What You\'ll Do:
- Deliver 1:1 and group support to children and young adults with SEMH challenges
- Help implement tailored interventions focused on emotional regulation and behaviour management
- Work closely with teachers, support staff, and multi-disciplinary teams to foster a safe and supportive environment
- Use your psychology and criminology knowledge to inform your approach to student needs
- Track and monitor student progress, recording key developments
- Build strong, trusting relationships that encourage personal growth and achievement
Who We\'re Looking For:
- Persons with a degree in Psychology or Criminology, or a related field

- Excellent communicators who can work independently and collaboratively
