Key Responsibilities:
- Support the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
- Assist students with SEN on a 1:1 or small group basis.

- Collaborate with school staff and parents to monitor progress and adapt strategies.
About You:
- Previous experience working with children, especially those with SEN, is desirable but not essential. Experience with children with an Education Healthcare Plan is beneficial.
- Compassionate, patient, and positive approach to working with children.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with children and staff.
