Daily Rate: from 130 per day (paid to scale for long-term placements)

We're currently recruiting Primary Supply Teachers to meet the growing demand for high-quality cover in the local school community. This is a rewarding opportunity to teach across a range of settings, gain valuable experience, and make a lasting impact - all while maintaining work-life balance.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Deliver pre-prepared, engaging lessons to EYFS, KS1 or KS2 pupils.
  • Provide professional PPA cover and ensure continuity of learning.
  • Manage classroom behaviour confidently and positively.
  • Adapt to different teaching environments across Hampshire schools.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with pupils and staff alike.

What We're Looking For

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.
  • Primary teaching experience across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2.
  • A flexible, proactive approach and excellent classroom management.
  • Confidence working in new schools throughout Hampshire.
  • A genuine passion for teaching and helping young learners succeed.
