Academics is seeking compassionate, dedicated, and experienced Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistants to work in various local primary schools across. As a Primary SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide essential support to students with a range of additional needs, helping them to access the curriculum and thrive in a mainstream school environment. Key Responsibilities: Support children with a variety of SEN, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and learning disabilities, in classroom and small group settings. Work closely with classroom teachers to implement education plans and adapt learning materials to meet each child's unique needs. Assist with personal care, mobility, and other daily tasks as required by the students. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages students to achieve their potential. Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and SEN coordinators.
