The Role – EYFS Teaching Assistant
- Support the class teacher in delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework.
- Assist in the development of children\’s communication, language, and social skills.
- Provide support with personal care routines, including toileting, dressing, and hygiene, ensuring children\’s comfort and wellbeing.
- Help with observations and assessments to track children\’s progress.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment that inspires curiosity and independence.
- Work closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to build strong foundations for each child\’s education.
About You
- Experience working with children in an Early Years setting.
- A caring, patient, and child-centred approach to supporting learning and personal care needs.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or Early Years qualification) – desirable.
