Academics are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Individual Needs Assistant to join a welcoming two-form entry primary school in Brighton. This is a full-time position starting as soon as possible. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting pupils with additional needs across both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. You will work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to provide tailored support, helping to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
