This SEN School caters for children and teenagers who display challenging and anti-social behaviour, often due to a diagnosed social, emotional and mental health need, as well as Autism and ADHD. As a Positive Behaviour Mentor, you will… Help to encourage positive decision-making amongst students. Build strong and meaningful relationships with all pupils. Learn and implement restorative practices and therapeutic methods to engage pupils. Help to increase attendance and in turn, behaviour.
