Academics is recruiting a Cover Supervision Co-ordinator in Portsmouth to work full-time in a secondary school on a term-time-only basis. This role focuses on organising daily staff cover and supporting supply staff to ensure continuity of learning.
Key Responsibilities:- Record and manage staff absence using the school system
- Arrange daily cover using internal staff or supply agencies
